In the constantly changing and competitive environment, talent management systems have a vital role for companies. Talented employee will be scarcer than before and the most important job for Human Resources will be finding the most valuable resource – talented people.
ISS is a big and rapidly growing company. For its’ competitive visions and strategies, talent management has a crucial role for growth. With this sense, Global Human Resources developed comprehensive model for Talent Management Process and began the program as a model.
In this study, The Global Talent Management System has been discussed and revised to be used in Regional and Country applications with the aim that it is used in Turkey.
