Performance management systems serve many advantages for the companies; it can be used for strategic goals achievement, human resources decisions and individual purposes for both employees and managers, thus gain a competitive advantage.
The Performance Management System in this paper is rationalized according to The PDCA (Dr. Deming’s Cycle; Plan / Do / Check / Act) cycle, so it is considered as a process which should be improved continuously.
The application of performance management systems is composed of two sections; in the first section, The Performance Management System of Sardunya Hazır Yemek Üretim ve Hizmet A.Ş. is discussed in this study. The other part includes the explanations about the Performance Management System of ISS Facility Services / Turkey. Since the acquisition of Sardunya, the top management is implementing the business processes of ISS Turkey to Sardunya. Moreover, the performance management systems of Sardunya Catering are also going to be revised as a part of this process. This study is aimed to be a suggestion to the top management about this implementation.
