Why did I want to write this blog?
I wanted to satisfy my wish for writing, share some insights about my experiences and knowledge with people. I am also doing this for networking, self improvement by doing research for writing. I hope it will be useful.
What to look for in this blog?
I like to examine and analyze subjects by looking through them with my different identities. This sense of responsibility motivates me towards self improvement and helps me to clarify my point of view by studying deeply.
I would like to write about management, food, quality, environment, health and safety. I want to read good resources about these and share both my ideas and important points from the literature.

Seeing the bigger purpose of all our efforts enables us to feel happier in our lives as well.
In the company that I work, ISS, we use a development program to help establishing this: The Apple Program. By applying it, we try to show our employees the bigger picture around their work, and make them realize the greater role they are fulfilling by just doing their everyday jobs.
We need to take certain strategic steps towards self-improvement, starting with a clear understanding of ourselves. We have to get to know ourselves better, be clear on what we really want to do and what we are really capable of.

In this article I am sharing and easy and fundamental tool to increase the employee engagement; appreciation.
One of the greatest needs of a human being are psychological needs such as being understood, affirmed and appreciated. Remember a time that you have given or got an appreciation, positive emotions flows to both sides. It gives as much as it takes. It impacts to one people’s life by increasing that person’s self-worth.
By this way, employee understands what they are doing matters and will definitely go on doing that.
